Unfinished drafts expire automatically after 14 days. When an application is rejected, identity documents are scheduled for deletion within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires a longer period.

Approved applications retain verification material only while needed for safety and service operation. You may request earlier deletion through support.

A deletion request is verified before files are removed. Removal from active systems does not override narrowly required legal or security records.
